Threshold test
Oslo Ingrid Kristiansen
- Ingrid Kristiansen has developed a unique method where we can use standardized tests to find your threshold heart rate and speed. We don't measure lactate, but your heart rate throughout. This is a good training session, with guidance where you also get the numbers you need to reach your goals within the training.

- Training program adapted to you and your goals. All distances. All levels. Includes training program tailored to you based on questionnaire submitted in advance. WhatsApp support is included for questions about the plan, but not for coaching - then a different option must be chosen.
Running technique

- Here you will get tips on basic drill exercises and how to move arms and legs. We want to teach you to run like a wheel moment where you have the shortest possible time on the ground and create the least possible strain on your legs. We go through 4 drill exercises in the beginning, before we run some simple intervals focusing on your arm movements.

- Online training guide for everyone. We start with an initial consultation of 30 minutes to get to know each other a little better. The consultation can also be done by e-mail if desired. I will then adapt a training plan to you so that you can reach your goals. You are followed up on Garmin Connect/E-mail and/or SMS weekly and continuous adjustment of the plan is included.
4 week running plan

- 4-week running plan tailored to your goals, with weekly adjustments (as needed). You get me as your online coach during the period, so that you get to talk with a professional 24/7.
Dietary guidance

- Initial consultation 30 min (email or phone, up to each individual). Customized meal plan. Follow-up every week. Adjustment of plan is included. No commitment period, the subscription lasts until you cancel.
