7-fjellstur i Tønsberg

Description

7-fjellstur in Tønsberg is a pleasant exercise race for anyone who likes to walk or run. Choose for yourself whether you want to run against time, or go to the exercise class. The event is free, but participants are encouraged to tip an amount of their choice to support the Breathing Room at the Hospital in Vestfold.

The mountains in Vestfold may not be as high and steep as in the west, but the hills in Undrumsdal and Brekkeskogen are the fiercest mountain areas in Tønsberg. They are located north-west towards Re, and the trip is more than tough enough. The trail is approximately 15.5 km long and there is a total of approx. 400 meters in height. The first half of the track is very hilly and you have to expect some climbing. There are a lot of rocks and roots and in autumn it is often wet and a bit muddy.
