Description
Circuit of 42.2 km, Amager around the hiking route Amarminoen added 16 km, which is run clockwise.
There will be a depot with bananas, sweet, salty, water and cola at Kongelundfort, which is located at approx. 26 km. At about. 15 km in Dragør there are shopping opportunities and toilets at the harbour.
It is recommended to bring a running vest with capacity for your own liquid/energy.

There are no facilities at the start/finish. Medals are handed out at the start.
