Backyard Oslo

Description

In Backyard Oslo, two hilly laps are run on approx. 3.6 km of dirt road - a total of 7.2 km every hour. Every hour on the clock, a new start is made - for twelve hours. Which direction the course should be run is decided according to the "flip a coin" method. The direction will be announced 5 minutes before each start.
