It is ready for BDO-Mila 2024 - our traditional race that is suitable for the vast majority of people. Welcome to a free event, where you can choose whether you want to run on time or not.
Every year around the country we create an arena where everyone should be able to experience belonging and mastery through physical activity together with others. Working with local sports teams and Save the Children, BDO's local offices create an arena where everyone can get out and participate, with the joy of physical activity as the common denominator.
Micromila is the race where the little paws line up. Some need help to complete the 500 metres, but everyone finishes.
Minimila is for those who think that 5 km without timing is the right thing for them.
The exercise mile is for those who want to run 10 km without timing.
The challenger is 10 km with timing, and you can take up the fight with your neighbour.
