On a well-marked circuit of 7 km, you will run over 17 different bridges. So in a half marathon it is possible to run over as many as 51 bridges.......
Welcome to a Maritime start and the finish area at the Harbor in Sæby.
The route here is varied on good paths and roads. The marked route leads you out onto Sæby's new harbour, across the old harbour, here a wooden bridge brings you safely towards a straight stretch of the beach promenade where you have the Kattegat on your right. The iron source and the silence in Sæbygaard forest will be the next impressions on this sightseeing. Good paths lead you through the silence.... to suddenly be out of the woods again.
The path where you run along the stream towards the center offers some small bridges before you run over the old bridge on Hans Aabelsvej towards the center of the city.
On your way away from the center you meet the most central bridge in the city - here you get you on the left the most amazing picture you can imagine. Sæby's old Watermill with the voiceworks...not without reason that this place is the most photographed place in the city.
Run or walk the route and experience 17 / 34 or 51 bridges in "Bette Venedig" 130 participants did last.....
