A varied and hilly race, where the terrain offers smaller forest paths, tracks and passages with lots of height. The run offers great variety and many impressions along the lake and in the forest.

The race is very varied and combines smaller paths, tracks, off-road and different passages in the terrain with various climbs in the exciting nature of Vrangeskov.

The start goes at 10 v. Traktørsted / Badebroen v. søen.
