DGI's Cross Races in Midt- and Vestsjælland are a series of five cross races that help you keep your legs moving and your motivation up over the winter.

The cross races take place in varied terrain on marked routes. The five races are geographically spread out in Central and West Zealand. You get beautiful routes as well as new running technical and fitness challenges every time. There is running in open terrain, in forests, on wide paths and narrow tracks with variable surfaces. We call it cross, but we run trail!

For each race there are three distances: approx. 3 km, 6 km and 9 km, so you can join regardless of your running level. You can choose to sign up for all five races or select individual races.

3rd race: In Boserup Skov mainly narrow tracks await but also wider forest paths. Easier hilly and challenging routes in forest and in sand along Roskilde Fjord at Lerskrænten. A beautiful and tough round of cross racing is planned.
