Damhus Ultra

Description

Run laps of 3.37 km around Damhussjøen for as long as you want and can bear it (max. 18 laps = 60 km)

No catering. Bring your own or buy in the ice house

Damhus Ultra follows the concept from Backyard Ultras - You run laps (around Damhussøen) for as long as you can and reach the finish line within the time limit, i.e. before a new round starts.

If you don't complete a round within the time limit, you are out of the race.

The first round starts at 7.30am and must be completed before 8.00am where the next round starts and so on.

The last round starts at 4.00pm , if there are still participants.

We start at the same time every time a new round starts.

Each round is 3.37 km and is run on a closed path system and pavements, with no cross roads at all.

The route is also completely flat.
