Description

The autumn race is part of the 4 seasons in Frederikssund. When you have run all 4 seasons, you can collect the individual medals into one huge medal of a whopping 20cm in diameter.

Timing with chip on measured route, full deposit, diploma and special medal for each season which can be enjoyed separately or collected for one huge medal when you have run all the seasons. (fits from previous years)

The route (for 12km, 1/2 marathon)

The route is a circuit of 10 km. We start by running through the beautiful rural part of Frederikssund with a view over the fields, on to St. Rørbæk, a short trip through the small cozy village of Lille Rørbæk and then through the forest and field paths back to Frederikssund.

2 times around for the ½-marathon and 1 time around for 11 km.

The route is divided by approx. 70% asphalt and 30% gravel, forest and field paths.

The route (5.4 km)

The route follows the start and end of the long route, so you get to run with a view of the fjord and under the new Crown Princess Mary's bridge.

Meals - Depot every 5km

Meals are available. There is a depot every 5 km on the route containing liquid and energy. You can also put your food in the depots, either before the race or brought with you on the first round.

Your starting number with electronic chip for timing will be handed out in the starting area before the race.

There will be intermediate times for every 5km (approx.) which can be followed LIVE on race day incl. expected finish time so that friends and family can follow along and be ready to cheer when you reach the finish line.

Time

at 9.00 - 1/2 marathon starts.

at 9.15 - 12 km starts at 9.30 - 5 km starts at 13.00 - The finish area closes and the race is over.

The time limit is until 12.30 regardless of distance.

Place

The race takes place in the southern part of Frederikssund with start/finish around Marbæk Strandpark in Frederikssund.
