Etape 3. Køge – Islands Brygge

Description

Do you want to go on an adventure when I run 4 x Marathons in a row in the service of a good cause, with 6 hours between starts. From Guldborgsund - Islands Bryggen and ends with the CPH Marathon which will be my Marathon 100

Specially designed medal where 60kr goes to Bat&Boks which is a table tennis/boxing club for Parkinson's.

Since we won't be back at the start again

From A - B route Running according to GPX file sent by email or Messenger

Man Running at own risk and according to club 100 Marathon rules

Start: Strandpromenaden 3, 4600 Køge (P-pladsen v / Netto)

Target: Bryggebroen

There will be depot along the way every 7-10 km

just where it fits a car can stop on the route

but not all the way CPH Marathon shuts down the city

It is not possible for the escort car to get around Kbh.
