Gjesing cannonball backyard

Description

We invite you to the Backyard race on Saturday 10 August at 8.00. We run for 12 hours/50 miles/80.4 km. Come in plenty of time.

There is room for 20 participants, and there are medals for everyone.

Concept: A 6.7 km round must be completed within an hour, after which the next round starts the next full hour. That is 1st round at 8.00, 2nd round at 9.00 etc. If you don't finish within an hour and are ready for the next round, you're out. Everyone must be ready to run every full hour when the bell rings, otherwise you are out.

Meals: Depot all day, water, juice, cola, matador mix, chips, fruit. Additional meal plan:

At 10: Buns with cheese, Nutella or chocolate spread

At 12: Pölsehorn

At 14:25 Miles cake

At 16: Rye bread with liver pâté and cucumber

At 18: Pizza snails with ham

You are welcome to bring your own deposit.

Facilities: 2 toilets on the register. Tables will be set up under the roof, bring your own chair. Power is available for charging, remember to bring your own charger.

The route: The route is on the "big" paths in Nørreskoven, 4 short sections on asphalt, otherwise on gravel paths. We also have a trip to the zoo. About 25 sc per round. The route is marked with arrows on the ground.
