Godthåb Hammer Løbet og Runde Ræs

Description

The Godthåb Hammer Run is an exercise run where the social and pleasant togetherness is paramount.

3.3 km, 6.6 km and 10 km are run on a circuit of 3.3 km. The substrate is approx. 50% asphalt and 50% path, and the route is well marked. The route is in beautiful natural surroundings and there may be some places with narrow passages.

This year we have Runde Ræs on the programme. Here you run on a circuit of 600 metres. You will pass the finish/start portal for each lap, and here there will be celebration and colors throughout the race. You decide how many laps you run from start to finish. You have 1 hour and 50 minutes available. If you want to take a break along the way, you can take it at the party site and start again when you feel like it. You count your laps yourself, and after the race you can have your laps recorded in a nice diploma. Note, Round Race starts at 11.10 and ends at 1 p.m. If you are for 1-mile, it is 3 laps, which gives 1,800 meters, which is Denmark's longest 1-mile race. And it doesn't cost extra. 😊

If you fancy a walk, that is also possible. "Mini Camino" is a circuit of 900 meters around the lake, which you can walk as many times as you like.

For all Distances, Round Races, 1-mile and Walking you get a starting number and thus participate in the draw for great prizes from SPAR Godthåb. The start number is also valid as payment for a barbecue menu and 1 beer/water. So remember to save your number and be present when there is a draw.

The Godthåb Hammer Run is held in connection with several different activities and there will be the opportunity to buy food and drinks at absolutely reasonable prices. So set aside time for a pleasant afternoon in beautiful surroundings.

The price for participation applicable to all distances is DKK 100.00 for adults and DKK 50.00 for young people under 16.

For this symbolic amount you get you a medal, 1 barbecue menu and 1 beer/water after the race.
