Description
You run on grass, dirt roads and very little asphalt, where you pass the old pools from Denmark's first outdoor water park and Gudenåens Udspring. at 5km and 10km everyone can participate. However, the half marathon is only for 16 years and over.
There are depots along the route with liquids and snacks.
The price starts from NOK 100 and up to NOK 250, depending on the distance and runs until November 1.
After 1 November all prices increase by SEK 50.
There is the possibility of bathing and changing at Hammer Camp School.
Hammerlejrskole is the start and finish area.
Start time for the half marathon is 9.30 - 10.15 for 10km - 10.45 for 5km
