Here everyone can participate, regardless of physical condition. Walk, jog, run - choose for yourself!

As many as 14 races in 13 different routes with short and long runs. Feel free to start with the short trails and choose longer trails as you get in shape. Weekly races throughout the spring and autumn make it so much easier and more fun to keep running - and keep in shape.

We will draw running shoes from everyone who completes at least 9 races.

If you are prevented from participating in certain races, you can run on another day - must be completed and registered via My page by Sunday of the same week.
