Get ready for an electric running celebration at HOKA‑mila, Norway’s fastest-growing 10 000 m track event! Back by popular demand this event returns to Skarpsno Arena in Moelv for an unforgettable day of speed, community, and fun.

📐 Race Formats:

10 000 m (25 laps): Your pace, your race—five heats based on speed: 50–75 min, 45–50 min, 40–45 min, 35–40 min, 30–35 min

Elite Heats: Separate heats for top female and male competitors with official procedures and shoe checks, enabling national ranking qualification

New in 2025 – HOKA’s Friday Night Run:

400 m (age 6–11), 1 500 m (age 12–17), and 5 000 m (senior, age 15+) on Friday evening

- Limited to 400 participants to ensure a fun, supportive, competition‑matched experience

- Effortless Access: 500 m walk from Moelv train station; bib pickup at Limtrehallen by the stadium

- Facilities: Toilets in Limtrehallen and adjacent clubhouse, music, official timing, and heat info via SMS day-before.

11:00 → Heat 1 (50–75 min)

12:30 → Heat 2 (45–50 min)

13:30 → Heat 3 (40–45 min)

14:30 → Heat 4 (35–40 min)

15:20 → Heat 5 (30–35 min)

16:00 → Elite Women

16:30 → Elite Men
