Klub100 Generalforsamlingsløb

Description

The race is a prelude to Klub100 Marathon DK's general meeting on Saturday 16 November. 3:30 p.m.

Start location Fladhøj Hallen, skovbrynet 10, 6230 Rødekro

Both the Marathon and Half Marathon start at 10.00

There is an early start for the marathon at 09.00 (Applies to those who run over 4.30)

There is a short race briefing at 8.45/9.45, so come in good time.

The race is free for Klub100 Marathon members.

Everyone else pays DKK 110 incl. special medal and base depot

10.55 km are run. rounds.

Depot/catering:

There will be a depot for each round, consisting of Cola, juice, water, fruit, sweets and some salt. There is an extra liquid depot out on the route around 5.5 km.

When you reach the finish line, there is an opportunity to change clothes and shower, and there will be a sandwich and a beer/water, so there will be plenty of opportunity for social fun . When registering, write which sandwich you want:

Klub100 Marathon members register by texting 31906517 (Hans) with distance, sandwich choice and whether participates in the general meeting.

Other participants

Last registration for the run is Wednesday 13/11 at 20.00.

After this, there is no possibility to order sandwiches for the race.

The fine print:

The race is run according to the Cannonball principle, and according to Klub 100 Marathon Danmark rules.

You keep to the time yourself, the clock must do not stop en route, nor during a visit to the toilet, and remember to switch off auto-stop on the watch. A clock and a list will be placed at the start, so that you can see your time if the clock ticks or you don't have one. You write the time yourself on the list, which is subsequently published.
