My cod running mate and I run the marathon on Friday 16 June.

Where: Odasminde 38,8960 Randers SØ

When: 16-06 at 16:00 (coffee from 15:30/info at 15:50)

Distances: half-marathon/marathon

The lap: 10 comma-something km WITHOUT marking/GPX-FILE.

Surface: 80% asphalt / 20% dirt road and single track, approximately

Nutrition before/during/after the race: You have to look far after.

Medal: Yes, but don't expect too much here.

Toilet: Yes at the start and for every 10 comma-some km
