Lövfaldsløbet - Team Førslev Exercise

We collect for Knæk cancer - DKK 25 per participates in Knæk Cancer

Start at 8:00 Marathon. start at 9:00 Half Marathon. start at 10:00 - 10 km, 5 km and children's run 1.6 km

The 10.6 km route - which is DAF-measured, is run 2 times for a half marathon and 4 times for a marathon. Is relatively flat with some small climbs, asphalt all the way, along fields in open country. (the route good for a PR. in all our races we have had at least 1 new PR in the half marathon) 5.7 km is an almost flat route on asphalt also good for a PR.

The children's route of 1.6 km is on asphalt, a little grass and a little gravel path.

Depot: for the marathon and half marathon there is a large depot at start, 10, 20 and 30 km and finish. Plus fluid every 5 km. At the finish line, there is water, fruit, as well as coffee and cake for all participants.

Run with us, count in club100. we write a list of participants on the website before the race, and a list of results after the race.

You are welcome to walk the 1.6 km, 5 km, 10 km and half marathon routes, but there is a maximum time of 6 hours, from the first start.

Change of clothes yes, but no opportunity to shower. There is a toilet.

Lövfaldsløbet t-shirt and medal DKK 225.

You get a starting number and the cool running t-shirt - which is handed out before the start. A beautiful medal in steel of approx. 8 x 8 cm, with the distance printed on the tape when you reach the finish line, and support Knæk Cancer with DKK 25.

T-shirt is available in sizes from XS-XXL and is a unisex model. (remember to write the size when registering) NOTE! last registration with t-shirt is 8/10 at 20.00

Leaf fall medal DKK 140.

You get a starting number and the beautiful steel medal of approx. 8 x 8 cm, with the distance printed on the ribbon, and support Knæk Cancer with DKK 25.

ATTENTION ! last registration with the Løvfaldsmedaljen is 15/8 at 20.00 upon registration thereafter, you will receive our Førslev medal.

Without medal DKK 65.

If you just want to run or join, and do not want a medal or t-shirt. If you get a start number and support knee cancer, it costs DKK 65.
