Lier Backyard Ultra

Description

Løpeglede and Lier Ski Association invite you to the second Lier Backyard Ultra in history, Saturday, August 23, 2025. Start every hour from 09:00. Last start at 20:00. You must finish within the hour to continue in the competition. We have trails of 6.7 kilometers and 4 kilometers. Age limits: 6.7 kilometers: 18 years. 4 kilometers: 14 years. We will choose two winners in each trail: Best average time and fastest last lap.

The lap is 6.7 kilometers, with 176 meters of elevation gain. The surface is around 90 percent gravel and 10 percent path/cart track.

If you do not finish before the next start, you are out of the race and are encouraged to join and gather around the campfire and cheer on the remaining runners. 500 meters from the start and finish area, participants can meet at the refreshment points halfway through the round.

The organizer will provide water, otherwise participants must bring what they need in terms of nutrition and drink. Outdoor toilets and the opportunity to enter the skiers' association's clubhouse during breaks.
