Meeting place start/finish: Rudersdalhallen Parking, Rundforbiparken 1A, 2850 Nærum

Time: 8:00. Meet 10 minutes before the start of the race for race briefing and start photo

Route: Round trip of 42.2 km

Route marking: The route is marked with permanent signs, but the marking is inadequate. Therefore, download the route as a GPX file and have it on your watch.

Depot catering: Water, cola, salt and sweets for each round.

Medal: There is a medal for everyone who completes
