Rounds of 6.9 and a prologue to match the 21.1

Sweet, salty, water, juice and soda. After the run, there will be beer and soft drinks and something to eat.

The price for all distances is DKK 100. It is DKK 20 for registration on the day, but a medal cannot be guaranteed.

There is an opportunity to change clothes and bath and toilet. It is at the start which is Thrigesvej 17
