Description

This Sunday we turn back time to the year 1241 at Øm Monastery where families and small teams must solve exciting tasks at the museum itself and on an approx. 2.5 km long route near the monastery. Come and meet the monks and help them find the missing key! Read more about the mystery below!

We would like to point out that the story itself and the tasks are the same as last year's event, but even if you have participated before, you are of course welcome again!

The event takes place on Sunday, May 4, 2025 and starts and ends at Øm Monastery Museum, Munkevej 8, 8680 Ry.

The price is 475 DKK + fee for a team of 2-5 participants. Children under 3 years old are free and do not need to register.

At least one of the participants in the team must be 13 years or older to be able to solve the tasks.

After solving some tasks at the museum itself, you and your team will be sent out on an approx. 2.5 km. long route in the surrounding nature. The mystery ends at the museum again, where, if you have solved the tasks correctly, you must open a chest with a code lock on it.

As long as you are in the museum, you are not allowed to run, shout or climb on stonework, ruins, etc.

After the mystery is solved, you have the opportunity to buy coffee, tea, juice, ice cream, monastery beer and snacks in the museum's small shop. You are also welcome to bring a packed lunch or picnic basket and enjoy it in the packed lunch house or on a bench outside. The price also includes a free cup of coffee, tea or small juice for all participants which can be enjoyed after the mystery.
