Naisten Kymppi

Description

Naisten Kymppi is the biggest women’s wellbeing and running event in Finland! Every year it brings together girls and women of all ages to enjoy a fun active day together. The first ever Naisten Kymppi took place in 1984 and in 2024 we are celebrating the 40th Naisten Kymppi! You can run or walk the route with your own pace and enjoy the fun and relaxed atmosphere! The event day also includes great program with many activities and music performances.

The course goes around the beautiful scenery of Helsinki city centre.

Now you can also choose a shorter distance, LadieSmile! It is approx. 1 mile (=1,6 km) long. It’s perfect for either pushing your limits on a short distance or setting yourself the first goal towards longer walks or runs.
