OCR Viborg - NORDIC LAKE Festival 2025 In collaboration with NORDIC LAKE festival and Viborg Idrætshøjskole, we are once again holding an OCR race in Viborg's beautiful surroundings. This time it will be held over two days. We start already on Friday, where we welcome after-school programs, institutions, youth education, etc. The race is structured as a regular OCR race. There are 25+ obstacles of different nature, and we can promise that it will also be a wet pleasure. It will be possible to compete as "Elite", "OPEN" or "Family". All three groups will have to go through the same course (approx. 5 km), although with small adjustments in the different categories. "Elite" is for those who want to get out there and compete against each other. It will be an advantage that you can run 5 km in 25-30 minutes. All obstacles must be completed on your own and without help. You will receive a bracelet that can be taken if an obstacle is not completed. Heat 1 - Men, Heat 2 - Women, Heat 3 – Upcoming. "Upcoming" are those who want to test their skills at Elite level and maybe run their first Elite race. All obstacles must be completed on their own and without help. You will receive a bracelet that can be taken away if an obstacle is not completed. "JUNIOR ELITE" (12 -15 years old.) We really want to help develop the sport, and have therefore chosen to make a JUNIOR Elite heat. The heat is for children who are between 12-15 years old and would like to participate as elite, but in their own row. There will be differentiation from the "Elite", but most obstacles must be completed under the same conditions. All obstacles must be completed on their own and without help. You will receive a bracelet that can be taken away if an obstacle is not completed. "OPEN" is the race for EVERYONE. Everyone can participate here regardless of experience, age, height, weight, etc. However, we recommend that you are at least 15 years old. Everyone under 18 must have a parent's signature to participate. 5 km. "Family" - Here we must have the children and parents on the course. We make the course a little bit different, so it is suitable for everyone. You team up children + parents and complete the course together in the best teambuilding manner. You can participate one adult + child (6-12 years) per ticket. Children from 13-15 years. must have their own ticket. 5 km. "Double Trouble" If you want to push yourself and have a mega cool experience, then you now have the opportunity at the OCR Viborg Nordic Lake Festival Double Trouble. Here you must cover 2x5 kilometers with almost 55 obstacles. When you register for Double Trouble, you will receive a special bracelet. Should you be super cool and complete Double Trouble, of course there is also a special medal waiting just for you who run Double Trouble, at the finish line. Are you up for a challenge and ready to give it your all, then register for Double Trouble! Free parking close to the event, and we encourage you to ride together to minimize parking challenges There will be a possibility for luggage drop-off. All spectators/family are welcome. There is an opportunity for indoor changing.
