Description
Country road the first part, which turns into dirt road and path along the coast before a small stretch of beach, the trip ends on dirt road and country road.
8.1 km avoids the small stretch of beach.
Water, juice, cola, soda water, sweets and salt.

There is a medal for everyone.
It is not recommended to run with spiked shoes, but preferably trail shoes.
Parking is on the campsite, in the space between the inn and the campsite, in the square by the church and the old grocery store.

Start time at 8 for marathon, half marathon walk at 9.30, Half marathon run at 10.00
Quarter marathon walk at 10.30, quarter marathon run at 11 a.m., 8.5 km walk at 11 a.m., 8.5 km run at 11.15 a.m. and children's run at 11.30 a.m.
There is an opportunity to shower and change clothes after the race
