Description
Marathon is around the dammed Lammefjord. The route will be on asphalt, gravel path, grass path. Be aware of the single track in some places along the canal, here the surface will be uneven. Half marathon and 10.5km are on asphalt, gravel path. Run and walk Half marathons are 10.5km laps. Timing: Cannonball principle = Each participant is responsible for taking his own time. Depots on the route: Depot in the Start and Finish area. On the marathon route there will be 5-6 depots. On the half marathon and 10.5 km, there is a depot about halfway.
In collaboration with the Audebo pump station, LMK invites Asnæs to an exercise run on the Lammefjord. Exercise run on the Lammefjord with marathon, half-marathon and quarter-marathon routes. Toilets in the Start and Finish area. Audebo Pump Station will have an open house event on the same day. Bring the family for a nice day.
