Description

The back jog is an unceremonious weekly fitness carousel. During the summer term, there is a joint start every Thursday at 18.00 from Ryggejoggenhytta by Rygge church. The runs in the summer are on beautiful forest tracks. There is no starting quota and no ranking of the results lists either.
