The routes are on good, flat gravel paths in Sandflugtsplantagen between Rørvig and Nykøbing Sj.

There are good toilet conditions, but no bathing facilities

Large tent for changing and staying before and after the race

Good food during and after the race

Again this year there is nice hot soup after the race
