Sparkær Vinterløb 2025 (for ottende gang)

Description

On Saturday, January 11, 2025, we will hold the Sparkær Winter Race for the eighth time. The start and finish are at the clubhouse at Enrico Dalgas Vej 3a, Sparkær, 8800 Viborg; where there is good parking. The race will take place on a marked 5.27 km circular route; every other round is run in reverse. There is the option of a round race (1-3 laps), half marathon (4 laps), marathon (8 laps) and a family run, where you can walk or run one or more laps together in a group or alone. Time limit according to the applicable rules for the respective rankings (½ marathon and marathon). The race closes at 4:00 p.m. There are good facilities at the clubhouse for changing clothes and bathing.

Starting times and prices when registering no later than January 5, 2025:

Family run (walking, trotting, running) free start time between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Price for adults DKK 70,- and DKK 25,- for children up to and including 14 years.

Round race starts at 08.30; at 09.30 or at 12.00; price DKK 70,-.

Half marathon starts at 08.30, at 09.30 or at 12.00; price DKK 85,-

Marathon starts at 08.30 or at 09.30; price DKK 85,-.

Medal can be purchased for DKK 30,- (must be ordered by January 4th).

Late registration is possible for an additional DKK 10,-.

There are no prizes - the prize is to participate.

There will be a depot with self-service at the start/finish with, among other things, cola, water, coffee, tea, banana, peanuts, candy, etc. There will be a table for self-catering. The cafeteria in the clubhouse will also be open.

The price includes 1 beer/water and goulash soup.

The diploma will be posted on the race's Facebook page along with the results list.

The race will be run according to cannonball principles. This means, among other things, that the participants themselves are responsible for time registration. The clock may not be stopped during the race - it is the gross time from start to finish that must be registered. There will be stopwatches at the start/finish.
