Spring Run in Soldaterskoven - Tønder

Cannonball race!

Organized by Tønder Løbeklub

Distance: 4.5km, 9km and half marathon

28 April, starting at 10.00 (approx.) please arrive 15 minutes before.

Price DKK 50

Max number of participants: 100

Routes: The route is a completely flat circuit of 4.5 km ( dirt path/dirt road) - be aware of other guests in the forest and show - the half marathon route is 7.1 has 3 km of asphalt - but mainly dirt road/path

There are medals for all participants

Start/Finish: In front of the old hangar

Parking: Parking is recommended on the way out into the forest - (see map)

Timing: If you are responsible 😊 register your time at the depot.

Meals: Depot with water and some energy for the trip and after the race.

There is a toilet approx. 1 km from the start/finish (on the stretch)

There will be a number of raffle prizes drawn among all participants present after the race.

By signing up, you accept that you run at your own risk. Likewise, acceptance is given that the organizer may publish the name etc. on the participant/results list, as well as using photos taken during the race, here on the website/facebook. You also agree to take care of nature and not throw rubbish on the route. The traffic rules must be observed.

The time limit for the half marathon is 3 hours
