42.2 km Run + Walk/Hike (marathon), start at 09:30 (4 laps)

21.1 km Walk/Hike (half marathon), start at 09:30 (2 laps)

21.1 km Run (half marathon), start at 10:30 (2 laps)

10.5 km, Run + Walk/Hike, start at 11:30 (1 lap) 

5 km + children's race + Walk/Hike, start at 12:00 (1 lap) 

3 km children's race (adults are welcome to participate), start at 12:30 (1 lap) 

9 km CaniCross, start at 09:00 (3 laps) 

6 km CaniCross, start at 09:00 (2 laps)

Bib numbers can be picked up from 08:30 at the event site at Svinninge Soprtscenter - Svinningehallen 1, 4520 Svinninge
