Description

Routes are beautiful and flat in the beautiful Køge Bugt Beach Park. The route alternates between gravel paths and asphalt.

There are depots at 4.9 km and 11 km (half marathon).

There is an energy drink from High 5, as well as water, juice and cola. Fruit: oranges/bananas, as well as sweets.

Mini marathon for children 4 to 11 years old.
