Description

Welcome to the Symbiosis Race 2025, which this year marks the 100th anniversary of Kalundborg Sports Association.

The race is for the whole family and can be completed both walking and running, as well as with a baby carriage and stroller.

Both elite runners, exercisers and beginners can get a challenge and a beautiful experience, but everyone

must be at the finish line no later than 1:30 PM, when the timing closes. The park is open this day to anyone who

wants a beautiful walk in the Baroque Garden.

Starting point:

The start is located at the entrance to Lerchenborg Park (Lerchenborg 3, 4400 Kalundborg), 300m

south of Asnæsværket. Parking is in the large courtyard between the castle's breeding buildings.

Starting times:

at 10:00 AM Distribution of starting numbers and sale of late registrations starts

at 10:30 Start for half marathon

at 10:50 Warm-up with instructor and to music (ending with photography from drone),

at 11:00 Start for 10.5 km runners/walkers

at 11:05 Start for 5 km runners/walkers.

at 11:10 Start for 2.5 km runners/walkers.

Timing ends at 1:30 PM.

Catering

There are depots in the finish area and on the long route after approx. 5 km, 10 and 15 km

At all depots there is water, juice and fruit - and in the finish area there is also free coffee, tea and

cake.

Route description

The short route (2.5 km): Beautiful, child- and walking-friendly route in Lerchenborg's classic baroque garden and

around the main building. This is repeated twice by those who want to go up to 5 km.

The long route (10.5 km): The route is laid out in varied terrain through green areas and on

country roads. Depending on the weather conditions, approximately 200 m is on a pebble beach or in a salt meadow. The long route

is repeated twice by those who run the half marathon.

Other remarks

A special anniversary medal will be given to everyone who completes, and a raffle will be drawn for

prizes among everyone who has registered by 26/9 at 12:00. Remember to check the prize list.

- a pavilion has been set up where you can store a change of clothes at your own risk

- there are 2 first aiders on site

- there is timing with a chip.

- The classic baroque garden is open to the public, so please bring family, friends and a picnic basket for

a pleasant day in the beautiful surroundings.

- prices for online payment before 28.9.25: 2.5km: 50kr, 5km: 75kr, 10.5km: 100kr, 21.2km: 100kr

- Late payment fee on 28.9.25: +25kr on the above prices.

The participation fee is not refundable. You are welcome to give the number to someone else.
