Trollhunter Junior is a separate event for those who are not old enough to take part in the Trollhunter Trial. Trolljeger Junior is designed for children, young people and families. Trollhunter training is also arranged for younger people and for the whole family. Trolljeger is a unique concept with a very own philosophy that is about the joy of mastery.

The joy of mastery is not something that comes by itself, nor is it just any type of mastery. It's about more than just getting something done, it's about defeating something you didn't think you could do. It's about getting over an obstacle you didn't think was possible and it's about pushing yourself outside your comfort zone, into what we don't know. It's about trying, being vulnerable, being yourself. That's when it goes from being a struggle to becoming a joy of mastering, not only have you achieved it but it has cost both strength and courage to manage it.

In Sandnes, the race is organized at the Trolljegerhallen at Foss- Oakland. The track will be added to the large area around the hall. The area around Trolljegerhallen is covered by industry and a great walking and forest area. Foss-Eikeland offers a lot of space, where there is room to make a trail of almost a mile inside the forest. Troll hunters have a history in Foss-Eikeland and the surrounding area had a lot to say about the location of the Troll hunter hall.

- Children can participate alone from the age of 13

- Children from 6 to 10 years MUST be accompanied by an adult - Family Team

- From the age of 11 they can participate without an adult in the Hunting Team
