Nidaros Vinterkarusell – 3. løp: Ranheimshallen

Description

Nidaros Winter Carousel consists of both 5 and 10 km street races and 3000 m indoor track races.

The Winter Carousel is held every winter and is open to everyone, with classes from 6 years and older. There are raffle prizes in some races, which are drawn among those who start and awarded after the race.

The third race in Nidaros Vinterkarusell is a children's race over 600m and 1000m, plus 3000m in Ranheim Athletics Hall.

3000m is organized into five pools:

Pool 1 starting at 12:30: Finishing times in the interval 10:45 - 11:45

Pool 2 starting at 12:50: Finishing times in the interval 11:45 - 13:00

Pool 3 starting at 13:10: Finishing times over 13 minutes

Pool 4 starting at 13:40: Finishing times in the interval 9:15 - 10:45

Pool 5 starting at 14:00: Elite men (under 9:15) / Elite women (under 10:35)

Pool 5 (elite) will have more accurate timing and shoe control so that the results will be accepted. The other results will not be accepted for records and annual statistics.

You choose a pool when you register -- choose the pool where your finishing time is most likely to end up. You can change your pool choice at the secretariat when you arrive at Ranheimshallen.
