Ulsrudvann Rundt

The trail is control measured at 2870m.

Start and finish is on the dirt road that runs between Haraløkka and Østmarksetra, approx. 100 m south of Østmarkveien. From the start, you run on the hiking trail to the end of the car park below Østmarksetra, and then around Ulsrudvann along partly demanding paths (see trail map). Please note that the trail is quite worn in some places. The start/finish is indicated with a line on the map.

The nearest car park is the car park at Østmarksetra - only a couple of hundred meters from the start.

Registration and start number distribution from 1700 at the start and until 1745. There may be a queue from 1730. Therefore, arrive in good time. We ask that groups participating for the first time submit a combined registration with name, year of birth and club by 14:00 the day of the race to post@bif-friidrett.no This saves time when registering.

A voluntary starting quota of NOK 100 has been introduced for the entire season. Payable to Vipps no 13409. Enter your email address to receive confirmation of the support.

All races start at 18:00. In case of large participation (more than 60-70 participants) it can be divided into a pool for men/boys and a pool for women/girls. Any pool division will be announced at 1755 and then the start is at 1800 for men/boys and at 1805 for women/girls.

NB: The trail is marked with red/white marking tapes at strategic junctions. A run-through is recommended before participating for the first time.
