Welcome to Sweden's biggest girls' race: Vårruset tour 2025.

We have distances for everyone and something that suits you! Whether you come alone or bring friends/colleagues, you are most welcome to join us during the spring. We can promise you that you will have a really nice evening with a good atmosphere, nice company, fun activities with our partners/sponsors and the joy of movement!

You choose whether you want to walk, jog or run the distances of 2.5 or 5 kilometers. Of course, we offer Fun Run (without timing). The most important thing for us when you reach the finish line is that you can feel a spring rush and pride in your achievement! Maybe you are running Spring Rush for the very first time or have you run several times before? We want to inspire and encourage you along the way!
