Vegan Run #7 - For de morgenfriske

HELP I'm getting married.....or at least I'm going to a wedding in Southern Jutland, but I'd also like to run a small half-marathon first.

Hence this rather early run. The route is the usual "boring" one (The one with Aarhusvej) and it will be marked with arrows and possibly flags if I can make it. Otherwise you can have it sent as a gpx file to your watch or stay near me. I run 5:30-5:40 pace.

We run 3 laps of 7 km.

I have a stack of old medals, so you only have to pay DKK 5 for a cup of coffee, soft drink and some snacks . I leave the depot at about 10 o'clock as I have to move on, so if you run slowly, you have to check out yourself. Therefore, there is no possibility of a bath on this day either.

File with print-yourself diploma can be arranged.
