Distance: 3.3 km (one lap) – 6 km (two laps)

Course description

Start and finish at the buoy at Andredammen 1.

Out the through gate and through the underpass 2.

Left onto the path after Tredjedammen 3.

Hard left at Femtedammen 4. Follow the dirt road up to Hortensveien, and turn right down after the underpass 5. Hard left towards Kjellelia, cross the cycle path, and continue on the path. Hard left, steeply up towards water tower 6.

Down a couple of bends, along the north side of Mayer Stadium, down between the halls.

Down by dam 7, turn left for round two, right towards the finish line.
