Make sure to keep your arm straight throughout the exercise. Only move the wrist up, and keep the wrist in the same position from top to bottom when rotating both outwards and inwards.

- It is always advantageous to have tailor-made exercises to do to prevent your ailments, and i what order they should be done. This is an important part of phase 2 in our treatment philosophy, where we choose specific exercises to influence where the patient is stiff and weak.
