Pain or stiffness in the elbow or forearm?

Grab your fingers around the skin where you have pain. Start with your elbow bent, then extend your arm as you keeps hold of the skin. You can work in slightly different angles. Repeat the movement 10 times. Afterwards you can see that the skin becomes red, and the circulation gets started.
