Løpetrening.no aims to guide and inspire running with a long-term perspective. Running is both about having a good time with the training, but it's also about continuity. Remaining injury free is beneficial. Løpetrening.no offers a training program for all levels and all distances, and you are followed up online by your own Personal Trainer. Together you can adjust and adapt the programme, save money on training and generally get help with almost anything in the world of running.

Structure and purpose

The purpose of running is perhaps obvious – it is a simple and effective way of maintaining good health. You train endurance right outside your own house, or on your way to or from work/school.

Level adapted just for you

Løpetrening.no's training programs covers almost everyone who wants to run. Be it a short 5km or if you want to train for a half marathon. The classic mile or the dream of a marathon - here you will find a training program for "your" distance. Are you unsure of your level for the distance you want to train for? Asphalt or terrain - where do you want to run?

The running programs are suitable for both those who run outside or inside the mill. Together with your Online PT, the programs can be adjusted - or you can choose to change training programs along the way. Here is your choice.

Running is beautiful - all year round

We often define parts of the year as a more cautious period when it comes to training. During the winter months, you can therefore follow your own winter training programme. The winter training program is used in a period where you combine strength and running - a gentle one period of running training is smart to stay injury-free throughout the year. When the time is right, you change the program to a targeted program for e.g. 10km in under 60 minutes, half marathon under 2 hours etc. - where the last two weeks are all about peakingforms.

Formtopping

All the level-adjusted programs start carefully, and are built up in 4 different phases. Amount and tempo have their own phases in each training program. In the last 14 days, we build a profit and the peak of form comes just in time for the race you have set yourself goal. It could be an exercise run or it could be that you are going to run one of your regular rounds as a form test for you personally.
