Flat beach run.

From the start, you run about 2.6 km south, turn around and run back. Then about 2.6 km north and turn around.

It must be covered a total of 4 times for the marathon, 2 times for the 1/2 marathon

Own catering.

After the race, beer/water sandwich.

Changing in the open air, possibly bathing there is a huge bathtub.

Blokhus beach, immediately on the left at the descent to the beach.
