Experience the beautiful Lake Buresø on a nice trail route through the hilly landscape.
Meeting place start/finish: Skovvej 1, 3550 Slangerup (Egedal Municipality). There is the possibility of swimming in Buresø.
Time: Everyone starts at 9:00. Meet 10 minutes before the start of the race for race briefing and start photo.
Route: Round section of 7.1 km
Route marking: The route is marked with signs/wire flags.
Surface: Singletracks and forest paths with a surface of gravel, stones and tree roots. Plus some asphalt.
Depot catering: Water, cola, salt and sweet for each lap.
Medal: There is a medal for everyone who completes it.
Various: There is the possibility of swimming in the lake at the start /Goal. The route has changed compared to previous races.
