Descripción

You run 5km, 10km or 21.0975km. It only costs NOK 50 to participate and you get a nice medal (before we start) and you can print a diploma after the race. It is a basic race where you take your own time and bring your deposit. However, there is water, soda and an energy bar when you finish.

Due to 1 May event in the community park, the route has been changed to around 3 of the lakes.

We run from City Hall Square no. 2 in Copenhagen, to the lakes and on to the community park, where we run 4 times around. That gives 21.1km. You can also run a 10km ride, which is a round in the community park. The 5km trip is around 2 lakes and back. There is a public toilet at Rådhuspladsen 5 (descent to the metro station) and several places in the community park. You can store your bag/jacket in a locked cupboard while you run.
