Bystien in Førde is a landmark of great importance in the city. It starts with 176 steps straight up from the center and transitions to a steep gravel road that ends at the top of Hafstadfjellet 706 m above sea level. Bystien Førde Opp is a folk festival and mass rally for exercisers and in 2021 is also the NM in downhill running.
