For the 5km Walk and 5km run, the route is the right loop around the lake.

1/4 Marathon runs the entire route and starts by running around the left part of Silkeborg Langsø. 1/2 Marathon must go through the entire route twice.

"Denmark's funnest run" 2.5km is on the forest path across Odden and back along Vestergade.

On the route there are liquid depots on the route for 1/4 and 1/2 Marathon . There will be water and fruit at the depots.

At the finish line, there will be water for all participants. In Lunden, there is wreath cake for everyone and champagne (only served to participants over 18) and soda for the children. - 5 km

It is possible to change clothes and shower in Vestergade Hallen at the start and goal.
