DGI's Cross Races in Midt- and Vestsjælland are a series of five cross races that help you keep your legs moving and your motivation up over the winter.

The cross races take place in varied terrain on marked routes. The five races are geographically spread over Central and West Zealand. You get great routes as well as new running technical and fitness challenges every time. There is running in open terrain, in forests, on wide paths and narrow paths with variable surfaces. We call it cross, but we run trails!

For each race there are three distances: approx. 3 km, 6 km and 9 km, so you can take part regardless of your running level. You can choose to register for all five races or select individual races.

5th race: Nørager Gods at Ruds Vedby has invited us into the forest and park. A unique running experience when fields are crossed, wide and narrow forest paths are covered and West Zealand's highest point of 100 m is climbed. A great ending!
