Djupadalten is the autumn's big exercise race in Haugalandet. The main run is 9.3 km long and runs through Djupadalen, one of Haugesund's most visited hiking areas.

Skeisdalten is a shorter alternative to a 3.7 km long run which mainly goes around Skeisvatnet and through Haraldsvang.
